This is a great laptop for the price. I like it. My wife says it’s too heavy. Overall it is quick and the specs are reflected in its performance.The only complaint is the USB C port. It’s not video and power and data. Everything else great. 😌

It’s definitely a little on the heavy side, but the touchscreen is beautiful and very responsive. It works perfectly for school and business use, handling everyday tasks smoothly and reliably. A great choice if you want a versatile, professional laptop with a great display.

One heck of a laptop for the price!My older Dell Inspiron was showing it’s age. Thought it was time for an upgrade. Evaluated a few Dell offerings when I say this unit. Perfect! Easily setup and configured. Memory and drive capacity a big plus for the price.My only wish was that it had better sound. But, in that I did not purchase this laptop for gaming, or video editing, I’m quite pleased with what I have. Video calling is great and streaming music isn’t so bad. My headphones come in handy from time to time.

Slow and glitchy
Randomly gets really slow for several minutes at a time, and does the machine gun glitch several times a day. Don’t know what the machine gun glitch is? It’s when the computer freezes for like 1-2 seconds and whatever sound was playing gets repeated in a .001 millisecond sound bite over and over like a machine gun. It’s obnoxious.My computer must be defective, so I’ve asked for a replacement and they have not responded so far. I’ll change the review if they’re willing to make it right.
