Good product and does the job. I wish the blister packs were a little easier to pop open but I am glad the aluminum portion does not tear off with pill as I take them while riding so I’d likely accidentally swallow it otherwise.

Note that the pills are very large, so you definetly need to drink water or have a gel to get it down properly.Overall good, but I wish the pills were a bit more spread apart to make it easier to cut individual blisters for runs.

Recommended to me by my running coach. Great to carry for endurance events. Easily swallowed with water. I used for the Fan Dance in summer and it kept cramp at bay – which when you are climbing a mountain twice is a real plus!Customer service is excellent – particularly liked the hand written note inside. The company is made up of people who actually do the events that these products are designed for – so they know what they are talking about. Would definitely use this product and company again.
