Another home run from Anua. This product is lightweight, and leaves your skin feeling firm, hydrated, and revitalized. Because it’s light on the face it can be layered if needed, or applied as a standalone.I also love that there is no unpleasant scent. It’s totally neutral. The product comes in a sturdy glass bottle with a dropper making application very easy, and ensuring that none will go to waste.My boyfriend has been dealing with melasma on his forehead-consequences of not wearing sunscreen consistently. Since this product doesn’t feel greasy or sticky I convinced him to let me apply this on his face (he wasn’t thrilled about this lol) . In less than a week the appearance of his melasma has improved significantly. Overall his skin tone also looks more even, and is starting to have a glow! Will update with photos around 4-6 weeks. Excited to see his long term benefits, since this product has been so beneficial so quickly.

Great on its own, but even better when used with the Anua niacinamide toner and niacinamide pads.
This has been my favorite serum. I can really notice a big difference in my pores, but it’s something you have to use consistently. I also saw that they have a toner and niacinamide pads, so since I started using all of them together, the difference in the appearance of my pores has been huge… something you can notice within just a few days. So serum is amazing, but if you use the niac pads + niac toner + this serum you will notice a HUGEEEE difference if you have issues with your pores. It doesn’t leave my face greasy. I have sensitive skin, and I’ve been using it for about 8 months now and it has never caused me any issues.

Melasma and old cystic acne scars
I have had melasma on my forehead for about 2yrs now. On my bare skin it’s sorta noticeable but only if you sit there and stare at my forehead. It gets really noticeable when I wear makeup, it looks GREY. I’ve had prescription creams brought from Mexico and nothing seemed to help. I finally did a little research and found a couple of products on here but the price was too much for my liking.I finally decided to buy this product and at first I started using a heavy layer of it which in turn started to cause me cystic acne. I stopped for a few days, did a facial scrub and started it again with a THIN layer.Since then my melasma is improving, and my old acne scars are starting to fade!I’m not sure if the improvement is in conjunction with the facial scrub or a chemical peel from the brand the ordinary that I’ve started to use when I started this serum. Regardless, it’s working for me and I feel much better each day I look in the mirror and I see improvement. It’s worth the money. Give it a try.UPDATE 3/31/26My melasma has improved tremendously, but now there’s a clear pixelated look to it😂I have stopped using the facial scrub and moved on to a glycolic acid from the ordinary. The chemical peel and glycolic acid are giving me the benefits of smooth textured skin, I do notice just a tiny bit of peeling but, it’s nothing alarming. I moisturize with elf brand holy hydration unscented with SPF 30, then follow it up with the ordinary SPF 45 if I’m going to be outside.Products I use: elf holy hydration facial cleanser, the ordinary niacinamide serum, anua 10+, elf holy hydration moisturizer spf 30 unscented.The acids like the ordinary chemical peel, I use once every 2 weeks, and the ordinary glycolic acid twice a week. Through trial and error and a little research I’ve figured out that when I do my chemical peel, I should avoid the anua serum for at least 5 days, just stick to cleansing and moisturizing.On the nights I do my glycolic acid, I wait 1 hour, then apply the niacinamide, wait for it to absorb, then apply my moisturizer. Next morning I cleanse, niacinamide, anua, moisturize, then spf 45 if I’m going out. It seems like a lot and the reason I took so long to finally take care of my face was because I felt like I didn’t have the time for it. Once you start giving your products time to function, you start to enjoy doing your facial routine. That’s where I’m at in my journey. I hope my long rant helped.
