Wonderful product for moisture and I have seen my skin change for the better. Im at the early stage of wrinkles and this product has done nothing to decrease them so great for skin care but not a wrinkle cream.

Over the years my face and neck began to show signs of aging. I tried so many creams and potions looking for something that helped with lines and wrinkles. I usually didn’t finish a product because after a few weeks it was clear that it was not helping. Then after seeing the commercial so many times for MiamiMD, I ordered a jar. It is the best I’ve found (and I looked for years). The cream feels great when being applied. Not greasy or oily, just a smooth application. No, I don’t look 30 again, but the before and after comparisons are quite remarkable. I pat a bit extra around my eyes and the new vertical lines on my cheeks . But I keep several jars on hand for a little refresh wherever I happen to be. Just try it!

No improvement after 3+ months
UPDATE 7/12/25: I’ve now been using Miami MD for 3 months and 1 week. I changed the rating from 3 stars to 1 star. I bought this cream because they said it reduces lines around the lips (My other wrinkles don’t bother me, I’m 73). I used it faithfully morning and night. I saw absolutely no improvement anywhere on my face, not even frown lines reported in my update on 4/27, but I’m attaching a photo from today, so you be the judge. There’s still a little bit left in the jar, so it lasts about 4.5 months. Certainly not worth the time and money in my book.UPDATE 4/27/2025: It’s been 3 weeks + 1 day since I started. There are some more, almost imperceptible improvements. Added 3 photos from today. Not sure if it’s worth the hassle, but the jar is still almost full (see last photo). The big question: do I return it in time to get a refund (because it really isn’t “age-defying” in my book – I still have lines around my lips that make me look my age), or do I keep using it, hoping it will continue to make small improvements, and get sucked into paying $55+ (maybe every 6-9 months?) for the rest of my life? Haven’t decided.FIRST REVIEW: I purchased Miami MD a few weeks ago. First application was April 5. Today, I took a comparison photo for the 1 area that shows visible improvment: my frown lines. I purchased it for the wrinkles around my mouth, especially my lips, and the jury’s still out, so we’ll see. I was happy to see at least some improvement.

Just an expensive moisturizer.
I was slightly disappointed with this product. I used it twice daily in the morning and evening, gently massaging it in after washing my face. It’s an effective moisturizer however no lifting or firming of the skin.

I bought this product thinking it would improve my skin texture but, it made my face skin look dull, I thought it would improve if I used it for a week but it did not work. The amount in the jar was less than half like a sample, very expensive and $55 is way too much for this stuff. In reality most are just moisturizers marketed as anti-aging products.*texture, finding them less appealing than anticipated. As with all skincare purchases, conducting thorough research, consulting with skincare professionals, and patch testing are recommended steps to ensure optimal results and minimize the risk of adverse reactions.such as the higher price point, the absence of a free sample option, and the lack of clinical studies. This is a TOTAL scam. I would appreciate if I get back my money, I can send back the cream. Thanks! FULL REFUND PLEASE!
