Does this product support active noise cancellation?

Our products are environmental noise cancellation, which means that our noise cancellation technology processes the speaker’s ambient noise to ensure that the other party hears a noise-canceled voice transmission.

How can I connect the Open Ear Bluetooth headphones to two devices?

1.Turn on the Bluetooth of device A and connect.

2.Turn off the Bluetooth of device A and enter pairing mode.

3.Turn on the Bluetooth of device B and connect.

4.Turn on the Bluetooth of device A again and connect, then you can connect to two devices.

Why should I choose the air conduction open ear headphones instead of bone conduction headphones?

1.Optimized bass: better than bone conduction design to some extent, although not to the level of in-ear design.

2. Sound leakage can be minimized while not be completely avoided.

3. Better for the health of the bones and tissues around the ears.

What should I do if the person on the other end of the call says they can’t hear me clearly?
