Great seed oil combo to take for your health
The product is a great idea and these are great oils to add to your diet. Unfortunately, mine was rancid when I got it. I live on an island so it could have been the transit. Sea buckseed has a bunch of omega-7 and is good for your skin, grape seed is also skin but a dryer oil, pumpkin is hair and heart health, flax seed is more of the above, and black seed is anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant. Basically, this combo is good for your hair, skin, and heart while also helping to reduce inflammation and providing some axti-oxidants. I would take this every day if mine wasn’t spoiled on arrival. The bag is pretty large and you can take 1-2 a day for a longer supply.
