I spend a fair amount of time outside, and after a while, I started to notice that my skin wasn’t holding up the way it used to. It looked a bit dull and felt more sensitive, which led me to look into supplements that might support skin health from the inside. I got the Whitathione Glutathione Powder Supplement by ILO, mainly because of its ingredient list. The combination of glutathione, white tomato extract, vitamin C, vitamin E, and tocopherol acetate caught my attention.Glutathione is often referred to as a powerful antioxidant that helps neutralize free radicals in the body. Some research suggests that it may also support skin tone and clarity by reducing oxidative stress. White tomato extract, on the other hand, is less common but has been gaining attention for its potential to help protect the skin from UV damage due to its high phytoene and phytofluene content. These are naturally occurring carotenoids that don’t give color but are known for supporting skin clarity and tone.Vitamins C and E are both widely recognized for their antioxidant properties as well. Vitamin C supports collagen production and brightens skin, while vitamin E helps reinforce the skin barrier. Tocopherol acetate is a form of vitamin E often used in skincare and supplements due to its stability and absorption benefits.I’ve been taking it daily for a little over two weeks now, and I actually enjoy the taste. Let start of by saying that there’s nothing worse than good products getting bad reviews as a result of consumer blind buying and or their failure to thoroughly read the listed product description prior to order to educate themselves to determine if said product will suit their needs. This is a product of Dong-A Pharmaceutical; the Johnson & Johnson of South Korea which has 90-year history of leading pharmaceutical products which are widely popular throughout Asia and Europe.And with that said this ILO Whitathione dietary health supplement taste good and is easy to stomach as a powder but if you have a sensitive stomach I’d suggest adding it to a beverage. Coming from someone who’s not big on artificial flavors this Green Apple flavor is great. I find it to be much milder than a Jolly Rancher but it carries the same lingering after test which isn’t bad. I took this as a powder and easily washed away the after taste with a drink.Self care is the essential to true happiness and wellness; I find this supplement to be beneficial in both aspects. With it being packed with vitamin C almost immediately after consuming this I feel a boost of energy you may even experience a your temperature rise momentarily while becoming more alert. This is a great way to start your day your on the right foot but it’s also suitable for a mid afternoon boost!Overall I find this product to be of great quality and of excellent value in more ways than one and I would highly recommend for self care is everything! This is ILO Whitathion product is so interesting .I’d never heard of it but after researching a bit I thought that I’d give it a try.This is a box of 30 dietary supplement sachets that can be consumed dry right out of the sachet or mixed in a beverage .Personally I like taking it dry right out of the sachet. It’s a green apple flavor that is rather pleasant . It does kind of leave an aftertaste but even that is ok.There are 1200 mg of glutathione, 500 mg of vitamin C, white tomato concentrate and some tocophérol acetate in each sachet.I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks with no stomach upset or I wanted side effects. I am seeing a bit of brightening of my skin. It is recommended to be taken in the evenings after a meal to avoid any stomach upset .So far I’m really liking this product as it’s so easy to take . Lots of good ingredients that provide an antioxidant boost!The cost is mid range .Well worth trying !

Didn’t dissolve in the water.
When I ordered this item, I was excited because drink packets are very easy to use and drink. However, after trying this product multiple times, it never dissolved into the water. I tried with cold water, warm water, and even tried blending it into my smoothie. It just did not dissolve, and had a very thick and gritty consistency and taste. I am also not sure about the benefits of this product and how effective it is. It claims to have several health benefits for skin, but overall, I couldn’t get paste the taste and texture.
