Excellent Sound, Comfort, and Reliability for Work and Calls
I’ve been using the Poly Voyager 4320 UC Wireless Headset for a few months now, and it’s one of the best headsets I’ve owned for office, remote work and meetings. The setup was effortless — it connected to my PC with the included USB-C/USB-A adapter and to my phone via Bluetooth in seconds.The sound quality is crystal clear on both ends, and the noise-canceling mic really makes a difference on calls. Colleagues say my voice sounds sharp and professional even when there’s background noise. The ear cushions are soft, lightweight, and comfortable enough for all-day wear.Battery life is impressive, and the charging stand is a great addition — it keeps the headset organized and always ready. I also appreciate that it’s Microsoft Teams certified, which makes joining meetings seamless.

This headset is complete garbage, would not recommend.
I ordered one of these, and the microphone was so broken that it had 3% volume no matter what you did with it. The replacement is also an epic piece of garbage, while my sound quality in my ears is good, the audio from the microphone is complete trash. It would be acceptable if it were $18, but not $180. As an added benefit, when you are using the microphone, it echos your own audio back to your own ears.I can see that since HP purchased Plantronic and Polycom, they have sent the brands down the toilet, and didn’t even bother to give a courtesy flush. The shareholders and HP executives should be forced to communicate with these terrible devices in their own private level of Hades.

Good, not great wireless headset
I bought the previous Plantronics version for my home office setup. That one is 5 stars. When I started going back to the office and got a new laptop without a headphone jack, I bought this one for my office setup to replace my wired headset.The Bluetooth works great with my laptop and phone I also ended up with one USB port on my laptop, so using the dongle want super convenient, but that works well too.The sound is clear and background noise doesn’t come through for folks I’m talking to.The cradle is great. Battery life is fantastic! I like that the headset answers calls when I turn it on.The only reason I docked it a star is that if I’m on calls more than a few hours a day, my ears ache. I do not have that problem with the previous Plantronics version, which is very comfy. I will likely swap my home and work headsets as I now spend more time at the office. If you can find a refurbished Plantronics version, buy that instead.

I have received the product with missing UsB C adapter after waiting for several days. Very disappointing.

Reliable, comfortable, and excellent for communication. It comes with a USB-dongle (BT700) plus Bluetooth USB-C cable wired option. So you can use it wirelessly or fallback to wired mode if needed. The noise cancelling on the mic is great … If it’s voice calls you’re using it for, this thing is good. Very good battery & roam freedom:Official specs talk up to 24 hours talk time, and up to ~47 hours listening time in certain modes. Also decent wireless range (~45 m in one test) for movement around office or home.Downside: If you occasionally listen to music or media, it will serve well — maybe not “audiophile” but more than enough.If you work in a very noisy open space and want full isolation, this may not be ideal.
