Yes, you can click the mute button on the mic to mute the call, when using with the PC, you need to connect with USB Dongle first. Please note: The mute function only works during a call or video meeting.

Yes, the headset can pair to 2 devices simultaneously. First connect to the first device and turn the first one off, then pair with the second device. You can easily have a video meeting on a PC and pick up phone calls on the phone.
How long does the battery last?
500 mAh battery gives you up to 80 hours of music or 50 hours of talk time (at 50% volume). When battery is low, a voice says “Battery low”. You can charge the Bluetooth headset via Type‑C charging cable or drop it on the charging base.
How do I pair the Bluetooth headset to computer?

Charged up quickly and works great!
I charged up this headset to full in about a little less than 2 hours. I like that it has a docking station the headset connects to when charging.I used it for about 6 hours straight without having to recharge it.It also didn’t hug my head too much where it usually starts to get uncomfortable on my ears after a while. I like the long mic that sits right under my mouth. I walked about 25 feet away from my computer and had no issues with the audio breaking up.The USB dongle made it easy to connect to my windows computer.I recommended this headset to 5 other people I work with. That’s how much I love it!

24 hour review. We Love them
This Mopchnic wireless headset is awesome. For a wireless headset they have excellent quality music above average bass and volume. Had them on for hours working around the house with no problems.As far as noise cancellation they seem to work well and I was told in a call the other person I spoke with said they heard me crisp and clear on their end of the call.I used them a total of 4 hours with enough battery power left for my wife to steal them for a couple hours and “jam out” till dinner.I hope to steal them back tomorrow before my wife gets them…

Before I started using it, I had to make adjustments to the way I attended meetings on a regular basis, depending on what else I was doing. At times, I found myself unable to move from my desk as much as I would have liked to, and at other times, I found myself distracted by the difficulty of transitioning between different duties and topics of discussion. The friction was reduced to a significant degree by using this headset. I was able to participate in a meeting, go on with my job, take notes, or move to a different room without developing the impression that I was losing control of the discourse. Call performance was the most important factor to me, and it has shown to be effective in my day-to-day usage over the years. Even during longer calls, when my concentration would typically begin to wane, I am able to hear voices well enough that I do not have to exert myself in order to understand what other people are saying. The individuals I communicate with have not expressed any dissatisfaction with the way I sound, which is also very significant. That is always the true test for a headset that is used for work. The fact that the audio seems to be in good shape from my perspective is not the most important thing; what is more important is whether or not the other person can hear me consistently and whether or not the talks flow smoothly. Therefore, it has been one of the most significant aspects of the experience up to this point.
